Our History
Dindayal Group was founded by Late Shri Dindayal Biyani. His vision of the emerging stock market in India laid the foundation of the Company. The Group became a member of the Bombay Stock Exchange in the year 1965, followed by the National Stock Exchange (1992) and Depository Participant in Central Depository Services (India) Limited.
Dindayal Group, now led by Shri Shyam Sunder Biyani & Shri Laxmikant Biyani, has been in the Financial Markets for more than 50 years and has further diversified its business into various other industries such as Wealth Management, Financial Consulting, Equity and Commodity Derivatives, Solar Energy, Processing and Export of Guar Gum Derivatives and Trading in various Agro Commodities.
For Bullion Manufacturing and Trading at their SEZ (Special Economic Zone) unit in Sachin, (Surat, India) Dindayal Group has been accorded as the Star Trading House by the Government of India. This prestigious recognition is provided to companies who had an export turnover of more than $500 million.
Other activities of the Group include Wealth Management, Financial Consulting, Equity and Commodity Derivatives, Solar Energy, Processing and Export of Guar Gum Derivatives and Trading in various Agro Commodities.

Set up a jewellery manufacturing export facility in Surat, SEZ, India and got the prestigious recognition of being a Star Trading House by the Government of India
Established a ISO-9001:2008 certified, ultra modern manufacturing plant in Jodhpur, India
Committed ourselves to a cleaner, greener and healthier environment by entering into Solar Power Production at a unit close to Jodhpur, India
Entered into the Bullion Industry by Establishing a state of the art gold refining plant in city of Rudrapur, India
Began the development of a 16,000 square feet gold refining powerhouse in Nerul, India
